Amazing shower area with jacuzzi tub and sauna. Beautiful and comfortable room with daily cleaning. Great location, close to train station and restaurants. Personal jacuzzi and sauna room in the room. Friendly and cute staff who speak English. Welcome gifts and thank you letter from the hotel. 24-hour room service and convenient 7/11 nearby. Well-stocked mini bar at reasonable prices.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel & Spa J-Mex Shinjuku Kabukicho. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi bath and steam room that were perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring Tokyo. The hotel manager, Suzuki, was courteous and made me feel welcomed. The location was convenient, with access to Shinjuku and its attractions. Despite the lack of a restaurant, there were nearby convenience stores, and having a fridge and kettle in the room was handy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The amenities in the room were fantastic - karaoke, a sauna, plush robes, and mood lighting. The location was also perfect, right next to a metro station and close to the center of the city. We had a great time exploring the nearby restaurants and enjoying the convenience of the subway.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the luxurious accommodations. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The rooms were equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna, which made for a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The hotel's location close to the subway station was extremely convenient and made it easy to explore the city.
